Infrastructure Architecture Generator (IAG)

Core Purpose

The Infrastructure Architecture Generator (IAG) was developed to fulfill three main objectives:

• A web-based system infrastructure inventory platform.
• An automated infrastructure architectural diagram generator.
• A system infrastructure capacity calculator for application environments.

How It Works

IAG serves as a web-based infrastructure inventory platform where you can input detailed technical specifications for your current projects—including sites, environments, servers, operating systems, applications, databases, IP addresses, and network connectivity. Based on your input, IAG automatically generates a complete infrastructure architecture diagram.

You can save your configuration directly to an Excel file format. When you need to make updates, simply edit the saved Excel sheet and open it in IAG again. The system will read your changes and update the architectural diagram accordingly.

Platform Scope & Future Roadmap

This version is primarily designed for on-premises infrastructure. However, it can easily adapt to Cloud infrastructure with simple workarounds, such as re-labeling specific components.
